Campus Repositioning

For many years, many people who care about Heritage on the Marina and the neighborhood around it have been considering plans for the community’s future. At this time, the Board of Heritage on the Marina has decided to proceed with next steps for a repositioning plan for the campus that includes:

• an increase in the number of care suites
• underground parking access
• improved community amenity spaces

These changes help us improve the existing campus and align our operations to meet the evolving needs of current and future residents.
